Over the years, many people have asked me how I motivated my sons, Jack and Alfie, to practice the drums so much. I usually tell them that I've never had to push or nag them; in fact, my wife and I often remind them to take a break. Their commitment and drive come from a deep love for music and creativity, which has fostered a strong passion for playing both the drums, guitar and singing, as well as listening to a wide variety of musical styles and genres. 

Jack Manders from North Cornwall UK has gained global notice since his February 2025 win as the UK's Zildjian Young Drummer of the Year 2025. Jack stands out as one of Britain’s most talented emerging drummers and has gained significant popularity on TikTok and Instagram. Jack first picked up the drums at just 1 year old and has been sharing his passion for music ever since!
